Sub-processors

Effective Date: 31 May 2026 · Last Updated: 31 May 2026

What this page is

To deliver our services and operate bizzform.com, bizzform LLC engages a small number of trusted third-party service providers, known as sub-processors. This page lists every sub-processor that processes personal data on bizzform's behalf.

This list is maintained in compliance with Article 28 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent provisions of the UK GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). Each sub-processor is bound by a written data-processing agreement.

Notice of new sub-processors

We will update this page whenever bizzform adds, changes, or removes a sub-processor. Customers with an active subscription will be notified of material changes at least 30 days in advance by email. Customers with a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) may object to a new sub-processor by contacting privacy@bizzform.com within that notice period.

To subscribe to sub-processor change notifications, email privacy@bizzform.com with the subject line "Subscribe to sub-processor updates".

Customer-configured integrations (not bizzform sub-processors)

Our software products support a number of optional third-party integrations that each customer's workspace administrator configures and enables themselves, using credentials and API keys the customer obtains directly from the third party. When a customer enables such an integration, the customer engages that third party under the third party's own terms and bizzform is not party to that relationship. These third parties are therefore not bizzform sub-processors. The categories include:

  • AI and machine-translation providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, DeepL, DeepSeek, Microsoft Azure, ModernMT, AssemblyAI, and any OpenAI-compatible endpoint the customer points Q70 at). None of these is enabled until the customer pastes a valid API key into Q70 Settings.
  • Self-hosted machine translation. Customers may point Q70 at their own LibreTranslate instance or any other self-hosted MT endpoint.
  • SMTP / outbound email. The customer chooses the email server and provides the credentials.
  • IMAP / inbound email. If the customer enables Q70's Email Signals plug-in, the customer chooses the mailbox and provides the credentials.
  • External translation memory or termbase servers.
  • Vendor portals and customer integrations. Any system the customer connects at their own instruction.

For these integrations, the customer is responsible for: choosing the provider, signing the provider's terms and (where applicable) DPA, verifying the provider meets the customer's privacy requirements, and assessing transfer implications.

Payment processing

No third-party payment processor is currently engaged. This section will be updated when a payment processor is added, with at least 30 days' advance notice to active customers.

Analytics

bizzform.com does not currently use any third-party analytics provider. No tracking or advertising scripts are loaded.
